Bycicling is very popular in Budapest. There is no period of the year when we cannot see people on a bike.

Bicycling is very popular in Budapest, lots of Bicycle shops can be find, and growing number of bicycle road are constructed.

One of the popular direction is to follow the Danube line by bicycle. South part from Petofi bridge downwards to South direction can be ride the Pest side even along the Soroksari danube line. Smaller part of the road is dirt road, other parts are asphalt roads.

At Buda side of the Danube also a bicyle road can be found.

Currently a rent bike system is in Tendering process. The Tender has been won be T-systems.
